We decided to try to make gingerbread cookies this year to help us get into the Christmas spirit. Since Christmas is not very big here, being a Muslim country and all, I had Josh running all over Abu Dhabi trying to find cookie cutters and icing. He finally found icing after going to four different stores! I was excited when they actually turned out, considering we baked them in a toaster oven!

Love the hats! Did you wear them while grocery shopping because I bet that caused some people to stare:) Hope the cookies tasted as good as they looked. Yum!!!
